Pickup and Dropoff
Rental equipment will be available for pickup between 7-10am. Additional arrangements may be made by request by calling 978.799.3783 or emailing email@example.com. For your convenience, you may drop off your rentals in the dropbox inside the side door. You will receive the code in your confirmation email.
Northeast Mountaineering has a 7 Day cancellation policy. Items that are no longer needed or wanted for your trip can be cancelled 7 Days prior to your Pickup Date. Cancellations can be done via e-mail using firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 978.799.3783. Items that are cancelled within 7 days of the Pickup Date can be credited toward future rental equipment. Regardless of circumstances, Northeast Mountaineering does not provide refunds for gear returned earlier than expected. We are able to guarantee reservations made at least two weeks in advance. All sales are final regardless of whether or not the item was used.
Damage Insurance & Policies
Any damage incurred to rental gear is subject to replacement fees. Renter is responsible to replace the item at cost + 10% administration fees. Damage Insurance is available for each order and releases responsibility of the Renter to replace damaged items. Clearly negligent treatment of the item is subject to replacement + 10% regardless of damage insurance.

The images on the website are representative of the products we rent. In many cases, what you see is what you get. There may be circumstances where the products you rent are different brands or models then what is shown on the website.
Rental Pick Up Location
All rentals are available for pick up at The Bunkhouse at Northeast Mountaineering. 1054 Pinkham Notch Road, Glen, NH 03838. Rental equipment must be returned to the same location.
